We're Colin and Hannah, and Sunshine State Vacation Rentals is our family business. Hannah leads guest experience and hospitality; Colin runs operations, turnovers, and maintenance. Between us, every home gets the attention we'd give our own.
We keep our collection small on purpose — so guests get real hospitality, and owners get two people who actually pick up the phone.
